The Process
All set - Preperation
Upon your satisfaction with the consultation and treatment plan, we will coordinate a procedure date that fits your schedule. Once the booking is confirmed, you can proceed to book your flights. I am available to assist in finding the most cost-friendly flights for you. Your flight booking will serve as your deposit, with payment for the transplant required only on the procedure date at the clinic.As your departure approaches, I will provide you with a comprehensive checklist to ensure you are fully prepared and understand everything you need for the trip and the procedure. My coordinator, Amel, will also contact you a week in advance and be available 24/7 for any assistance you may need, while I will remain on hand around the clock.When you arrive in Istanbul, Amel will personally take care of you throughout your stay, and I will be virtually available to support you at any time.
Day 1 - Arriving in Istanbul
Before your flight, my coordinator, Amel, from the clinic will send you detailed instructions and a video guide to help you locate your designated driver upon arrival at the airport. Once you've met your driver, you'll be privately escorted to your hotel, where you can relax for the rest of the day or evening. At the hotel, you can dine at the restaurant, or explore nearby shops and restaurants for additional options."
Day 2 - Day of procedure
The following morning, after enjoying breakfast at the hotel, your driver will return to take you directly to the hair transplant clinic. Upon arrival, you'll meet with my coordinator, Amel, and the experienced medical team to discuss your desired results and finalize your tailored treatment plan. Once you're completely satisfied with the plan, we will perform routine medical checks before beginning the procedure. The entire operation is designed to be comfortable and painless, with local anesthesia ensuring you remain at ease throughout. Our expert team will use the latest techniques to ensure a precise and successful transplant. After the procedure is complete, your driver will escort you back to the hotel, where you can spend the rest of the evening relaxing and recovering.
Day 3 - You did it!
After breakfast at the hotel, your driver will escort you back to the clinic, where your scalp will be cleaned and thoroughly examined. You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions, along with medication and specialised cleaning products to care for your new hair. Myself and the medical co-coordinator at the clinic will be on hand to answer any questions you may have following the procedure. Once everything is complete, your driver will take you directly to the airport for a smooth and comfortable journey home. I will also be in contact to check on your progress and ensure everything is going according to plan. Now, you can look forward to the exciting transformation ahead and the confidence that comes with your new head of hair.
